A. Solution One Industries, Inc. (SOI) is headquartered in Killeen, Texas. We are a national company and have employees throughout the US and sometimes overseas. 

Q. When was the company established?

A. SOI was started in 2003.

Q. Do you hire veterans?

A. Yes.  SOI is a veteran-owned Company and takes every opportunity to hire our veterans.  The company’s owners are former military themselves.  Situated just outside of Ft. Hood, SOI participates regularly in most of the bases’ job fairs and recruiting events.

Q. What is the hiring process like?

A. The hiring process takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. After the recruiter conducts a phone interview and deems the candidate may be a good fit for the position, the information is forwarded to the hiring manager for review. If accepted, the candidate will move forward in the selection process and be scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. Once the manager decides and selects the best candidate, an offer letter will be forwarded to the candidate. Background, drug testing and onboarding may take up to one week.

Q. What benefits are offered?

A. A compensation package includes the following options: health, dental, vision, and critical illness coverages, and 401(k) plan.  Eligibility for company-paid benefits such as Employee Assistance Program (EAP), $50,000 life insurance, and short-and long-term disability, subject to applicable waiting periods. Vacation/Paid time off (PTO) and Sick Leave earned on an accrual basis. Company-paid holidays.
